Our story

From a small prayer gathering to a growing family of faith.

United Church is not a usual church. It started as a gathering where we discovered that God was alive, that He loved us, and that He wanted us to know His presence as a living reality. This involved the active pursuit of the Holy Spirit, and as a result many people were drawn to what was happening. Growing up in this environment with a Godly heritage has been something special to us as a church — and out of this background came a desire within us for more of God.

Our name is our conviction: UNITED — not by background, language, or status, but by one Lord, one faith, one baptism. We hold to the historic Protestant faith and are on fire for God, believing the same Spirit who moved in the book of Acts is moving in Hyderabad today.

Every Sunday we gather to worship freely, hear the Word preached without compromise, and pray expecting God to heal, restore, and save.
